Compliance and data protection

This agreement forms part of the contract for services between Top conversion apps (The Company) and the customer in regards to how the data of the customers will be held by the company.

Our company uses cloud services provided by Digital Ocean to help provide best protection control, implemented based on industry standards. We process only the minimum personal data required to provide app functionality to the merchants and are compliant with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Please see below the technical details on how we encrypt and handle data at each stage of our application:

  1. Data processing

    1.1. Top conversion apps process only minimum personal data required to provide the app’s functionality.

  2. Data storage

    2.1. Top conversion apps uses Managed database services by Digital ocean to store the data and backups which are located in the United States.

  3. Data Protection

    3.1. Our systems are equipped with industry standard security measures to avoid any security incident.

    3.2. Our Production database uses role-based (RBAC) security architecture requiring users to be authenticated and authorized before accessing any system resources. Resources are protected using industry-standard tools. All activity is logged to ensure all access is appropriate.

  4. Data loss prevention

    4.1. All the data handled by Top conversion apps are backed up to prevent any catastrophic events.

  5. Security incident policy

    5.1. Top conversion apps has established policies and procedures for responding to potential security incidents. All incidents are managed by our Incident Response Team with utmost priority and classified by their severity, immediate security actions are performed to stop any further damage and an update is provided to the users affected by the incident.
